Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking bids for a fixed-price, single lump sum subcontracting opportunity to replace two rooftop HVAC units (RTUs) at Building D8 of the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, Utah. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for demolition, disposal, crane and rigging services, electrical work, ductwork modifications, gas piping, and controls installation. The contractor is also responsible for providing curbs, adapters, flashing, and weatherproofing to ensure all penetrations are sealed, as well as providing onsite training for maintenance personnel. The estimated contract value ranges from 25,000 to 100,000 dollars. Bids are due by September 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM MST and must be submitted via email. To be considered, offerors must provide a detailed cost breakout, three references for comparable projects, proof of insurance, and a completed MTC Supplier Packet including a W-9 and self-certification. A physical site visit and signature on the attendance roster are mandatory prior to bid submission. The award will be based on overall best value. Compliance requirements include adherence to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates, OSHA safety standards, and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. Additionally, successful bidders must provide bid, performance, and payment bonds from a surety company with at least an A- rating.
