2026 Combined Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation Project, City of Edmonds, WA #CE25SM01 & CE25SW01

The City of Edmonds is soliciting contractors for the 2026 Combined Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation Project, encompassing three distinct pipeline rehabilitation schedules across the city. Schedule A involves the installation of approximately 258 linear feet of 8-inch diameter CIPP liner in the sewer system, accompanied by mandatory pre- and post-construction CCTV inspections to verify pipe integrity before and after rehabilitation. Schedule B covers the replacement of about 690 linear feet of 8-inch diameter CIPP liner along 88th Avenue West storm infrastructure, also requiring comprehensive CCTV inspections at both stages of the project. Schedule C is the most complex, with installation of varying diameter CIPP liners including 15 feet of 8-inch, 480 feet of 12-inch, 520 feet of 15-inch, and 150 feet of 18-inch liners, all of which must be inspected via CCTV prior to and following installation. Additionally, Schedule C includes the placement of 20 linear feet of 12-inch diameter PVC pipe and full general restoration of affected areas to restore surface conditions.
