This base bid project involves the completion of approximately 2,925 S.Y. of 3” milling, 110 L.F. of 24” keyways, 650 S.Y. of base repairs, 824 L.F. of 6” x 12” Bituminous Wedge Curb,450 Tons of 2” of 19mm Superpave 0 to 0.3 Million binder,2,925 S.Y. of 1 ½” of 9.5mm Superpave Fine Graded Wearing Surface, Traffic Control and Restoration. Alternate bids will be taken for 475 S.Y. of 3” milling, 45 L.F. of 24” keyways, 50 S.Y. of base repairs, 340 L.F. of 6” x 12” Bituminous Wedge Curb, 90 Tons of 2” of 19mm Superpave 0 to 0.3 Million binder, 475 S.Y. of 1 ½” of 9.5mm Superpave Fine Graded Wearing Surface, Traffic Control and Restoration. Final quantities will be based on work completed.
All bidders on this project must be pre-qualified by Penn DOT for the classifications of work included in the Contract as prime general contractors. The valid Penn DOT pre-qualification certificate must be submitted with the bid or else the bid will not be considered and will be a void bid.
