The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI) to identify small businesses capable of providing contracting support for securing appropriate detached duty recruiter coworking spaces. This effort is aligned with NAICS code 531120, covering lessors of nonresidential buildings, excluding miniwarehouses. The RFI seeks feedback on the draft performance work statement and requests interested parties to submit a positive statement of intent to bid if a solicitation is issued. Respondents should provide relevant experience by listing up to three similar contracts completed or ongoing within the last five years, along with details such as contract numbers, titles, contract types, and award amounts. The government emphasizes that this RFI is informational and not a solicitation; submissions are voluntary and will not be compensated. Responses should exclude proprietary or sensitive information as all submitted materials become government property and may be used for any lawful purpose. The USCG requests detailed organizational and contact information, socioeconomic status, unique entity identifiers, insights on needed government resources, and whether respondents hold existing government-wide acquisition contracts or other strategic contracts that might facilitate this requirement. Comments or suggestions on improving the draft performance work statement are also invited. Responses are due by June 8, 2026, 12:00 PM EST, and must be emailed to the designated point of contact, Jennifer Blackwell. Following analysis of responses, the USCG may issue a solicitation via the Contract Opportunities platform if deemed appropriate.
