This RFI, issued under solicitation number 70Z02326QCGRC0001 and classified under NAICS code 531120 for lessors of nonresidential buildings, is strictly for informational purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or award. Performance requirements center on identifying, leasing, and equipping up to ten temporary coworking spaces, each between 500 and 1,000 square feet, with specific amenities including L-shaped desks, high-speed internet, access to conference rooms and kitchenettes, parking, and HVAC. The base period of performance is 12 months, beginning December 15, 2026, with a possible 12-month option, requiring full compliance with a detailed Project Plan, including site justification and quality assurance processes. The contractor must participate in a mandatory Post Award Conference within five business days of award, conduct all meetings via Microsoft Teams, and deliver a draft and final Project Plan within strict timelines.
