The project scope involves roadway improvements across approximately 8,900 linear feet of Donegal Springs Road, spanning from Maytown Road to Donegal Presbyterian Church. Key work elements include roadway widening, edge milling, base repair excavation, and the installation of a Superpave asphalt wearing and base course. Required submission documents include a non-collusion affidavit, a Public Works Employment Verification Form, and a bid bond or certified check equal to 10 percent of the total base bid.
