Scope: The City of Riverside Public Works Department is seeking bids for Traffic Control Services for the Annual Festival of Lights event. Traffic Control Services are to include the implementation of temporary street closures, and deployment of Changeable Message Signs (CMS) and temporary roadside signs along City streets and State Highways.
Notes: Any communications, whether written or verbal, with any City Councilmember, the Honorable Mayor, or City staff prior to award of an agreement is strictly prohibited, unless it is the Official Contact indicated on the Overview page of this RFB or in response to an inquiry from the City.
