Full Description
The project is subject to a contract between the County of Northampton and Lehigh Township as part of Northampton County’s Community Development Block Grant Program. Lehigh Township reserves the right at its option to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all Bids, and to accept or reject any or all parts of the Bids which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Township.
