Full Description
Delivery is required by April 1, 2027, FOB to the Rural Municipality of Glenside No. 377 Municipal Shop located at SE 04-40-14 W3, near Cando, Saskatchewan. Please specify delivery date. Payment will be made within 30 days of delivery following a successful pre-purchase inspection. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to accept other than the lowest tender without stating reasons. By submitting its bid, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the Rural Municipality to award the good or service to whomever it chooses, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons the Rural Municipality deems appropriate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Rural Municipality may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the work that is deems in its sole discretion to be relevant to its decision including but not limiting to the following: Previous experience the municipality has with the bidder; Quotations shall only be accepted from suppliers that maintain a full heavy duty mechanical service workshop, with full parts and accessory supply shop within a 150 kilometre radius of the Municipal Shop at SE 04-40-14 W3.
