2026 Offutt AFB (NE) Air Show - Hotel Rooms

The 55th Contracting Squadron is seeking hotel room services in support of the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base “Defenders of Freedom” Air and Space Show, scheduled for August 8–9, 2026, with accommodations required from August 5 through August 10, 2026. A total of 73 non-smoking hotel rooms must be provided across four distinct line items: five rooms for five nights starting August 5, twenty-eight rooms for four nights starting August 6, thirty-two double queen rooms for four nights also beginning August 6, and eight double queen rooms for two nights from August 7 to 9. The hotels must be located within fifteen miles of Offutt AFB, Nebraska, and are prohibited from having active construction, casinos, or strip clubs on-site or within one mile. Each room must include daily breakfast served between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m., complimentary parking, Wi-Fi, and access to an on-site fitness facility. No active construction may occur at the property or adjacent locations during the contract period. The contract includes two option CLINs, each allowing for an additional five non-smoking rooms for four nights beginning August 6, providing flexibility should mission requirements change. All pricing is firm-fixed-price, and offers must remain valid through August 10, 2026. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 721110, and only small business concerns are eligible to respond. Contracts will be awarded without discussions to the most advantageous offer based on price and technical acceptability, with technical capability serving as a pass/fail gate evaluated against the Statement of Work.
