Sealed bids for the 2026 Parking Lot Maintenance Program will be received electronically through PennBid (pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 A.M. on August 27, 2026. Work includes crack sealing, pavement milling and overlay, concrete pavement, ADA improvements, signage, pavement markings, traffic control, and related work. Bidding documents are available through PennBid. Questions must be submitted through PennBid by 11:00 A.M. on August 20, 2026. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified, with Work Classifications F and K, in accordance with section 102.01 of PennDOT Publication 408, latest edition. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bids shall remain binding for 30 days. The Authority may reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
