2026 Pavement Management Program

The City of New Westminster is seeking qualified contractors to carry out the 2026 Pavement Management Program, covering approximately 62,800 square metres of roadway improvements across the city. The scope includes milling and repaving with warm mix and superpave asphalt, installation of crushed granular base and subbase materials, removal and replacement of roadbed, construction of concrete curbs and sidewalks with ramps, and installation of new catchbasins, manhole and valve box adjustments, traffic detector loop reinstatement, thermoplastic pavement markings, signage, and associated catchbasin leads.
