All disputes arising under the contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, under the American Arbitration Association’s commercial rules. The contract includes a broad indemnity clause obligating the contractor to hold the municipality harmless from all claims, including those arising from injury or death of contractor personnel, regardless of the municipality’s contributory negligence, and to cover all associated costs including reasonable attorneys’ fees in the event of breach.
