The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-040-26, 2026 Pedestrian Improvements – Sidewalks and Curb Bulges. The scope of the works involves the following: The Contractor will be required to complete items of Work within the District of North Vancouver, as directed by the Contract Administrator. This Work will consist of the construction of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway letdowns, drainage work, boulevard and landscape restoration, utility relocations and adjustments. The project will be an MMCD unit price contract, to include all materials, equipment and labour required for completion of the Works within the timeframe specified. This Work is located adjacent to two schools and has schedule restrictions with respect to the school schedule.
