New applications will be accepted until November 5, 2025. **Once the 2026 list is established, NO NEW APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL OCTOBER 2026.** City of Richland, Washington is required by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 35.92.350 to prequalify electrical contractors or subcontractors bidding on electrical utility type work for Richland Energy Services. Electrical contractors approved in 2025 are required to verify and update contractor information for 2026. Changes to the 2025 prequalification application are required to be submitted and approved in order to remain on the 2026 Electrical Contractors Prequalification List.
