Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites submissions from qualified vendors to operate a seasonal floating water park on Okanagan Lake, including associated beach operations. The successful Proponent will be responsible for setup, operation, maintenance, security, and removal of the water park infrastructure, in accordance with the terms outlined in the Sub-License to Use Agreement. The Sub-License to Use area are for the lands as shown outlined in red in Part C – The Contract, Schedule A, and legally described as Blocks C and D, District Lot 219s, SDYD, Plan EPC1316.
