All Items to be submitted electronically. There is nothing to bring to City Hall by the deadline. Bid Opening is done 100% electronically. Contract will go to City Council for Award on August 26, 2026. Submittals due within 7 working days of contract approval.
Pursuant to the City’s Community Workforce Agreement, the requirements of the PLA shall apply only to construction contracts with an awarded contract amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) or greater. In the event the Contract is awarded for less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), the PLA requirements set forth shall not apply.
