2026 Slurry Seal Project

Bid #T26-05: The 2026 Slurry Seal Project involves pavement maintenance and rehabilitation along approximately 11,300 linear feet of Gabilan Drive, Orchard Lane, and a portion of the Metz Road intersection in Soledad, California. The work generally consists of crack sealing, Type II slurry sealing, localized pavement digouts and replacement with hot mix asphalt, and deep-lift stabilization where required. The project also includes lowering and adjusting existing manholes and water valves to finished grade. Existing striping and pavement markings will be removed and replaced with new thermoplastic striping, pavement markings, crosswalks, green bicycle treatments, raised pavement markers, red curb painting, and associated traffic signs and posts. The project requires traffic control, resident and business notifications, roadway preparation, and all other incidental work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
