2027 009 SPALDING COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SPLASH PADS

The Spalding County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams for the design and construction of two splash pad facilities located at City Park and Julian Jones Park in Georgia. The project requires the development of comprehensive civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing plans, with the basis of design centered on the Vortex Domepack Recirculation System. Each facility must include at least three 12x12 shade structures with accompanying 6-foot benches and adhere to ADA standards, Georgia Department of Public Health regulations, and local county and city ordinances. The scope also includes a minimum pad dimension of 30 by 45 feet in a kidney bean shape with a 5-foot concrete buffer strip. Qualified respondents must be licensed in the State of Georgia and provide proof of E-Verify compliance, as well as certified personnel for erosion and sedimentation control.
