Failure to abide by this requirement may result in disqualification. ***** This project is being funded, in part, by Federal U.S. Department of Agriculture/Texas Department of Agriculture (USDA/TDA) and is subject to the following Federal requirements: 2 CFR Part 200; USDA/TDA procurement regulations; the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts as well as State laws and regulations. In addition, the successful bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination laws and regulations.Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the “Questions” option located on the Ionwave website, no later than the date and time specified on the solicitation.
