2027 LANDSCAPING PLANT MATERIALS AS NEEDED

The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) is soliciting bids for the provision of landscaping plant and hardscape materials on an as-needed basis for the year 2027 to support the Special Improvement District Division. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder based on responsiveness and price. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Bonfire portal by October 6, 2026, at 2:30 PM. All materials must be new, free from defects, and consistent with industry standards, with a preference for products manufactured or produced in the United States. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering merchandise F.O.B. Destination inside delivery to the CRDA Warehouse in Atlantic City, New Jersey, within five business days of receiving an order. The contractor assumes all costs and liabilities for delivery and must provide advanced notice of delivery two days prior to arrival. While quantities are estimated and not guaranteed, the CRDA and contractor may agree in writing to augment products by up to 10 percent of the contract total. If a specific product is unavailable, the vendor may provide a larger size at the original line item pricing with written approval, though smaller sizes are strictly prohibited. Bidders must provide several required submittals, including a signature page, purchase agreement, non-collusion affidavit, and certifications regarding business registration in New Jersey and non-involvement in prohibited activities in Iran, Russia, or Belarus. The CRDA is a tax-exempt organization, and sales tax should not be included in the bids. Payment will be processed via wire transfer of funds. Evaluation of bids will prioritize the lowest price, and the agency may request oral presentations or written clarifications to resolve discrepancies or elaborate on the bid.
