The following link is to our new bidding platform, hosted by PlanetBids™, where you can find the bid documents: BID LINK HERE. 1.1 The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system. The scope of work for the 2027 Milling & Resurfacing Project includes but is not limited to: Maintenance of Traffic/Temporary Traffic Control/Lane Closures; Erosion & Sedimentation Control; Existing Paver and Concrete Header Curb Demolition; Milling & Resurfacing; Signage & Pavement Markings and Patterned Pavement Installation 1.2 The Project is briefly described as follows: A.
