Placer County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, groups or individuals to provide Independent Cost Estimating services for the American River Debris Removal Project CMGC Delivery Process for Placer County. The County is seeking proposals from consultants that have the knowledge and experience to prepare cost estimates based upon labor, equipment, materials, and production rates in order to evaluate the cost estimates provided by the CMGC Contractor selected for the project.
