General: The University of Washington (University or UW) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design-build teams (which may include joint ventures) to design and construct the UWMC NW OPMC MRI Suite project. Project Description: This project will include a three-phase delivery: relocation of the Blood Draw Stations and Physical Therapy (PT) check-in area, followed by construction of a new MRI Suite on the first floor of OPMC. The scope includes demolition, renovation, and construction of a new MRI Suite with two MRI exam rooms, shared control room, patient support spaces, and associated infrastructure upgrades.
