The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to purchase 6 CEIA Ferromagnetic Detectors or equivalent to increase the capacity of detection at the Dorchester Penitentiary, Springhill Institution and Atlantic Institution.Delivery: All the deliverable must be received on or before March 31, 2024. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet the mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English OR English and French. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Trade Agreement: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
