AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. You must submit your statement of capability by November 09, 2023 by 02:00p.m EST. An Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that a department or agency intends to award a contract for goods, services or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in the ACAN, the contracting officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier.NPP Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and delivery of the following: Marine Satellite Tracking Tags able to collect and transmit data, additional equipment/products required for deployments and improved tracking with an integrated software and real-time online database, and ongoing technical support, all requirements are for various DFO offices across Canada. The proposed Standing Offer is for a period of two (2) years with three (3) - one (1) year options period.
