AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on December 1st, 2022. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Correctional Service Canada is issuing this Request for Individual Regional Standing Offer (RISO) for the supplying and delivering various toilet paper and hand paper towels as the needs arise and orders issued by the Correctional Service Canada Institutions across Quebec, as detailed in Section 7.
