The purpose of the amendment is to make changes to the Addendum 52.212.1, under the Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters. Please see summary of changes. 




The 22d Air Refueling Wing (22 ARW) at McConnell Air Force Base (AFB), Kansas, has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all personnel, management, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, fuel, engine lubricants, and smoke oil necessary to execute the 2026 McConnell AFB Airshow.


All interested vendors must review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 30 September 2026 for complete details regarding the scope of work, technical specifications, and delivery schedules.
