McConnell Air Force Base has a recurring requirement to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial off-base lodging services for a period of five years. The government's objective is to establish a minimum of four (4) hotels on the BPA to support transient personnel, with a critical emphasis on accommodating Air National Guard members during drill weekends, annual training, and surge operations. To ensure mission readiness and minimize logistical friction, prospective vendors must be located within a convenient radius of the installation and demonstrate the capacity to handle short-notice "unit room blocks" with flexible cancellation policies inherent to dynamic military scheduling.
