Please see attached Pre-Bid sign in sheet and Agenda. General Project Description (See Bid Documents for complete details): Fencing:Provide labor, equipment, and materials to construct a fence around the CBJTC Area B Parking Lot. Furnish and install approximately 2,646 linear feet of 6 ft. high, chain link fence around the perimeter of the CBJTC Area B Parking Lot. Furnish and install five (5) 24’ wide cantilever type gates and four (4) 4 ft. wide pedestrian swing gates as depicted on the attached site layout. Fencing materials and installation will be in accordance with the attached CBJTC Fencing Specs. Contractors are responsible for verifying linear feet and quantities of all fencing materials during the Pre-Bid/project site visit. Contractor will be responsible for providing any required shop drawings, prior to construction.Vehicle Maintenance Shelter:Furnish and install (1) Open Ended Big Top or like product to meet the following specifications:• 50’ Wide X 100’ Long X 23’ Center Height X 15’ Side wall• 28 OZ. Cover, Tan, or White, Flame-Retardant PVC Coated fabric With Polyester Scrim, (20) year warranty• Frame Members: 24” Heavy Wall ASTM Zinc Tubular Steel meets z-bar truss design on 10’ centers.• Spiral Anchors with Big Top hardware for anchoring Asphalt• Fabric Ends @ the base of the shelter.• All Weld Joints Coated With 97% Zinc “Cold Gal” For Corrosion Protection.• All Connections via a Slip Fit and bolt together Junction. Note: The above noted measurements/quantities may not reflect the actual amount required for this project. The measurements/quantities are based on our best interpretation and were used for "our" estimation purposes only. It is the contractor’s “sole” responsibility to verify all measurements and quantities during the pre-bid site visit. No additional funding will be provided due to contractor’s loss resulting from mistakes, errors, or miscalculations. The project site will be clearly staked or marked.
