The trailer must meet specific salient characteristics including a 30-gallon black water, fresh water, and gray water tank system; air conditioning, furnace, and water heater; dual axles with electric brakes; a power tongue jack and stabilizer jacks; an exterior height under 10 feet, length under 26 feet, and unloaded weight under 4,600 pounds; a Murphy Queen bed in the front, a queen-sized bed, rear double bunks with privacy curtains, a rear bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet, a seating area with sofa and dinette table, and a single slide-out.
