GSA Automotive is the mandatory source of supply for the purchase of new non-tactical vehicles for each executive agency and the Department of Defense (DoD).GSA will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Ambulances IAW Federal Specification for the Star of Life KKK-A-1822F and GSA will solicit ambulances with: Chevrolet Chassis under line items 210.1, 211.1, 213.1, and 215.1; Dodge Chassis under line items 210.2 and 211.2; Ford Chassis under line items 210.3, 211.3 and 216.1; and International Chassis under line item 210.4. The contract type will be Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA). The period of performance is one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year options. Prospective offerors are required to obtain a user name and password for GSA's secure on-line proposal application (AutoBid). User name and password may be obtained by submitting an email to gina.jordan@gsa.gov or joan.summers@gsa.gov with the solicitation number, company name, DUNS number, user's name, telephone number, and proposed ambulance chassis make (e.g. Ford, Dodge, Chevrolet and etc.). Please request user name and password prior the issuance date of the solicitation to avoid delays. Account information will be provided within five business days of your request.
