The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (RFI) to gather market information and identify qualified sources capable of supplying specified Club Car electric utility vehicles for the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System. This is not a solicitation but a planning tool to understand vendor capabilities and market conditions under NAICS code 336110. The current fleet of electric utility vehicles has reached the end of its service life and is causing operational delays, prompting the need to replace them with new models. The requirement includes six Club Car Carryall 700 electric vehicles, one Club Car Villager 8-passenger electric vehicle, and one Club Car Villager 6-passenger electric vehicle, all outfitted with specific features such as premium tires, lighting, battery systems, and other accessories suitable for facility support tasks. Respondents are encouraged to provide detailed capability statements covering their ability to meet the scope of work, size status, product origins, and adherence to regulations such as the Non-Manufacturer Rule and Buy American Act. They should also share lead times, lifespan expectations, warranty and maintenance support, pricing information, and government contract holdings where applicable. Delivery and inspection procedures are specified, with equipment to be delivered to a designated Tucson, Arizona location and undergo mechanical inspection before acceptance. Submissions are due by June 23, 2026, and must be sent via email to the contracting officer. The information gathered will be used to inform potential future solicitations or acquisitions, but responses to this RFI are not binding offers and entail no commitment by the government.
