Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of The Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), is releasing this RFI to seek input on the possible solutions that could meet the requirement of either one or two of the applications, a Capacity Analysis System and an Antenna Availability System, as described above and to allow Canada to:
a) Solicit advice on industry capabilities to supply and manage such solutions;
b) Solicit detailed feedback from potential suppliers on operational and technical requirements, cost, and timelines, and;
c) Inform Industry of the proposed procurement approach;
d) Assess if one solution could meet the requirements for both applications;
e) Determine the most cost-effective solution (ie hosted at CCMEO, Cloud or Software as a Service (SaaS)).
