AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 31-August-2023 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. CanmetMATERIALS (CMAT) requires a new compressor capable of compressing pure hydrogen gas and/or blends of hydrogen with nitrogen or argon gas to at least 5000 psig. The compressor will be used to charge test cells so that the performance of materials in high pressure, hydrogen-containing environments can be studied. This work supports CMAT’s role in delivering on Canada’s Hydrogen Strategy and the national goal to achieve “Net-Zero by 2050.”Delivery of the certified, operational hydrogen compressor must be received prior to March 31st, 2024.
