Full Description

This is a small business solicitation.
The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform confidential paper document container (bin) rental, on-site confidential and recyclable paper document destruction, and paper recycling services at various DMV Investigations Offices for the term of this Agreement.
Bidder Qualifications A. Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS) as a Certified Small Business.
B. Bidder must have an adequate number of vehicles for mobile document destruction in their fleet to service the indicated offices at the requested frequencies and shall provide proof of registration of vehicles with their bid. Failure to provide proof of vehicle registration may result in bids being deemed non-responsive. The required number vehicles are dependent on the number of offices to be serviced under the agreement (See Exhibit F of this IFB). For 1 to 10 offices, the bidder must minimally have 2 vehicles.
