Full Description

The awarded Contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform as-needed waste cleanup, removal, and disposal services of human blood, human body fluids, and other associated items and contaminated surfaces with human residue at the various Region V DMV locations identified in Exhibit F for the term of this Agreement.
Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS) as a Certified Small Business.
Bids are due no later than 12/13/24, by email submission ONLY. You must follow the directions for bid submission precisely in order for your bid to be considered.
