25-028 Exterior Renovatioins For The Floyd County Historic Courthouse

The Floyd County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors to undertake exterior renovations of the historic Floyd County Courthouse located at 366 Plainville Road NE, Rome, Georgia. The scope of work encompasses a range of restoration and repair activities, including cleaning and sealing gutters, installing new underground piping and stormwater drainage systems, concrete trench installation, masonry repointing, sealing terracotta tiles, and repairing masonry above attic windows. Additionally, the project involves painting and coating exterior wood and metal trim, flashing, chimneys, and gutters, as well as site restoration and landscaping.
