This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) Solicitation W912CM-14-T-0053 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. (iii) Since requirements are for use outside the continental U.S. and its outlying units, the set asides and the Small Business standards do not apply to this solicitation. (iv) See Exhibit 0001 for list of contract line items (CLINs), specifications, quantities, and units of measure. (v) Description of requirements: For purchase are BUTT RAMPS as listed and described in EXHIBIT 0001. Note that acquisition is on quote mark brand name or equal quote mark basis. (vi) Delivery shall be made no later than 30 days from date of award and is F.O.B. destination to US Army Garrison, Wiesbaden, Germany.. (vii) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Note: If the RFQ includes quote mark item(s) on quote mark brand name or equal quote mark basis, the offeror shall provide technical specifications and information to show that the offered product meets or exceed the required specifications.
