PRON: AX2CF236AX; NOUN: Control Assembly, PU, NSN: 2590-01-555-8483; P/N: 1003616-1; Minimum Quantity: 2 and the Maximum Quantity: 6; Firm Fixed Price (FFP) three year Basic + 2 Option type contract applicable to Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS) with deliveries to Tracy, CA. Required delivery is 2 each, 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 2 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Transdigm Inc. (CAGE: 04638); because this part is a commercial/non-developmental/ off-the-self-item. As such, it is now governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules. Only FAA qualified sources are listed. Other prospective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufacturer Approval (PMA). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
