Full Description

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) intends to acquire on a sole source basis one 95-foot Hi Reach/Man Lift (Model H90F), manufactured by Elliott Equipment Company, from Aspen Equipment Company. Aspen is the only authorized distributor for Elliott when conducting business with the Federal Government. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, Subpart 13.5. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 5 calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
