Solicitation # N00383-27-Q-DA01
Solicitation N0038327QDA01 is a Request for Quotations issued by the Department of the Navy, Navsup Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia, for the teardown, evaluation, repair, and modification of aircraft taxiing lights, identified by NSN 6220-01-720-6438. This firm-fixed price contract requires the selected offeror to deliver repaired assets within 90 days and maintain strict compliance with Government Source Approval and quality management standards such as ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100. Mandatory reporting must be conducted through the Commercial Asset Visibility Repairables Portal, and all packaging and marking must adhere to MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073 standards, including specific requirements for Depot Level Repairable items. The government intends to make a single award based on the most advantageous offer, evaluating non-price factors including capacity, delivery, and past performance from the previous three years, with some sections indicating past performance may be weighted more heavily than price. The solicitation is conducted under FAR Part 13 and includes critical clauses regarding the safeguarding of covered defense information, hazardous material identification, and a DO priority rating for national defense. Proposals must be submitted via email by November 2, 2026, and include both pricing and non-price evaluation factors.
