26-004QP: On-Call Pedestrian Wayfinding

The City of Seattle seeks qualified consultants under solicitation 26-004QP to provide on-call services for the ongoing development and management of the Seamless Seattle pedestrian wayfinding system, which currently includes over 120 signs across Downtown and the University District.
