26-0134-2 Annual Contract to Provide On Call Electrician Services for Chatham County Parks & Rec

Chatham County is soliciting proposals for an annual on-call contract to provide electrical labor, parts, and equipment for various Parks and Recreation locations throughout Georgia. The contract covers projects valued at less than 25,000 dollars per project, with a total annual not-to-exceed limit of 100,000 dollars per contract. The initial term is for one year, with options for four additional one-year renewals. The selected contractor will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues across a wide array of facilities, including neighborhood parks, sports facilities, nature preserves, and a 5,000 seat municipal stadium. Key performance requirements include strict emergency response times of one hour for Memorial Stadium and 1.5 hours for all other facilities, while non-emergency work must be scheduled within 48 hours.
