Purpose: This solicitation constitutes a request for sealed bids from qualified firms or persons to provide: Greene County Historic Courthouse – Commission Office Renovation. A contract will be issued in the form of a one-time contract. This scope of work is for the renovation of the existing office space for the Greene County Historic Courthouse – Commission Office, located at 940 N Boonville. This project consists of a 5,000 sf infill of the second floor of the Greene County Historic Courthouse. Work consists of demolition, new framing, finishes, electrical systems, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The work to be performed as part of the awarded contract shall be done in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by N-Form Architecture. All specifications and drawings are provided as attachments as follows: Attachment 1: Project Manual Attachment 2: Construction Drawings
