26-300-11 Used Excavator

NOTICE TO BIDDERS   Notice is hereby given that the Rankin County Board of Supervisors will receive bids for Bid Number 26-300-11, One or More Used Hydraulic Excavator in the following manner:   Unpriced bid proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. May 27, 2026 by electronic bid submission at www.centralbidding.com or in sealed envelopes labeled as Bid Number 26-300-11 delivered to the office of the Rankin County Board of Supervisors at 211 E. Government Street, Suite A, Brandon, MS 39042. Submissions will be evaluated and vendors submitting acceptable specifications will be invited to submit priced bids in an electronic reverse auction. Electronic bids and/or reverse auction bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please contact Central Bidding at +1 (555) 000-0000.   Bidding will be held by electronic reverse auction on June 3, 2026, starting at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 10:00 a.m. at www.centralbidding.com. Bidders may participate online with Central Bidding. Alternatively, bidders may submit paper bids at the office of the Rankin County Board of Supervisors at the address listed above no later than thirty minutes prior to the beginning of the reverse auction. Bidders will be allowed access to computers and technical assistance in order to participate in the reverse auction.   The reverse auction will end at the exact time as stated above unless there is any bid sniping.
