The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is seeking an exclusive sponsor for its Highway Emergency Lane Patrol (HELP) program through solicitation 26-557THA-COMMU-B-49918. The selected sponsor will pay an annual fee in exchange for exclusive branding rights across the program's operations, which include 14 active HELP trucks patrolling 294 miles of toll corridors. The sponsorship package includes branding on vehicles and uniforms, as well as a minimum of 22 roadway signs. The sponsor is responsible for all costs associated with the production and installation of approved decals, uniform patches, and signage, with vehicle wrapping required to take place within 30 miles of the Tollway system. The contract is structured with an initial two-year term and three optional one-year renewals. Awarding will be based on the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the highest combined sponsorship fee for the initial and renewal terms.
