WILSON EDUCATION CENTER Notice to BiddersNotice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Wilson Education Center will receive proposals for participating school corporations, municipalities, libraries, governmental entities and higher education entities serviced by the Indiana Approved Educational Shopping Cooperative (IAESC Procurement), GovPro and Associate Members until August 26th, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT (Local Time) on the following items: #26.8 VehiclesPlease register as a vendor at Bids and Tenders - WESC to receive a copy of this bid. Proposals shall be properly and completely executed as indicated in the instructions to bidder. The Wilson Education Service Center is actively looking for qualified, experienced vendors to provide Cars, SUVs, Light Duty Trucks/Vans, Emergency, Fuel, Hybrid, Electric, and Trailers through our procurement contract. a. Respond to requests from a number of different types of educational, governmental, and public institutions seeking vehicles noted above.b. These parts and supplies will include but are not limited to: Gas, Diesel, Electric, and Hybrid Cars, SUV’s, Crossover’s, Light Duty Trucks, Vans, Police, and Public Safety Vehicles.c. Types of services may include, but are not limited to acquisition, delivery, warranty, parts, and services.Multiple contracts may be awarded.The intent of this RFP is to establish competitively awarded contracts that may be utilized by Indiana school corporations, charter schools, colleges, universities, municipalities, counties, libraries, parks departments, nonprofits, and other eligible governmental entities.The Governing Board reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to waive any informality therein.
