Williamson County is soliciting qualified contractors to construct a FEMA levee and floodwall along with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality water quality ponds at Smith Branch and the Juvenile Justice Center under Solicitation Number 26IFB52. The project requires comprehensive earthwork including preparation of right-of-way, removal of concrete and riprap, special excavation, and placement of densely controlled embankments totaling over 28,000 cubic yards.
