Fulton County, Georgia, is soliciting competitive sealed bids for emergency sewage cleanup services to be provided on an as-needed basis for residential and commercial properties throughout the county. The selected contractor must maintain availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays. The scope of work encompasses the cleanup, disinfection, drying, and restoration of finished areas, unfinished areas, and crawl spaces, as well as the removal and disposal of contaminated materials. All services must adhere to industry standards, specifically ANSI/IICRC S500 for water damage restoration and ANSI/IICRC S520 for professional mold remediation.
