Fulton County, Georgia "County" This is Phase I of The Friendship Pump Station Progressive Design Build(FPS) . The FPS, which includes the associated force main, will serve the sewer drainage basin between South Fulton Pkwy, Cochran Mill Road, Cedar Grove Road and Rivertown Road.
